Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of interactions and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer interactions (50-60 calls per shift) in a quick-paced, highly organized environment

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Expertly connect with customers, listening actively and empathetically to understand their concerns and needs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, often in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
