Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality service, solving problems, and acting as an internal advocate for our customers and partners.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text

• Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
• Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely support
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
• A smile in your voice and the natural ability to turn a frown upside down
• Positive attitude and passion for success
• Exceptional time management skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
• Able to type 50+ WPM
• College degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience working with a diverse range of customers and partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
