Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via live chat and email, providing solutions, sales links, and discounts to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions promptly, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborating with our team to provide seamless support and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Details
* Contract Length: Open-ended, no fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Hours per week: Flexible, 5 – 40 hours per week
- Location: Fully remote (United States preferred)
