Role Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on travel-related matters. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued, supported, and informed throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide information

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful answers in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services
  • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
