The Role

As an Online Support - Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and providing top-notch support to members of unions that request our benefits. Your daily activities will feature:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Establishing consultations and conducting discussions to provide personalized support
  • Utilizing simple computer knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
  • Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Engaging in leadership development opportunities to grow your skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Exceptional customer association and interaction capabilities to build strong relationships
  • An upbeat and beneficial mindset with fantastic energy to drive results
  • The ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams at all levels
  • Strong customer service and/or consumer sales experience
  • The ability to maintain good customer connections and resolve issues efficiently
  • Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
