Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, performing data entry tasks, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Entering customer information into our database + Processing transactions and updating customer records + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Assist with data entry functions, including:

+ Preparing data for entry + Performing quality control checks + Identifying and resolving data entry errors

  • Collaborate with the data entry team to ensure seamless operations and meet productivity goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
