Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging in awesome, engaging conversations with members to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Selling our amazing products and services to meet the needs of our members
  • Being clear, confident, and concise on the phone to ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Deepening and retaining member relationships through needs assessment and empathetic communication
  • Providing offers, solutions, and information to match the customer needs
  • Saving customers who are thinking about leaving us by identifying and resolving problems
  • Following up with our customers when promised to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to help one another learn and grow
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
  • Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

* A strong belief in the Second Amendment

  • Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary
  • Desire to WOW customers daily
  • A Find Needs / Fill Needs orientation to customer interactions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly
  • Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
  • An empathetic approach to every conversation
  • Hunger to exceed expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Energized by a variety of tasks and duties
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Willingness to have fun with an awesome team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Knowledge of firearms and self-defense is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
