Job Summary FedEx is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Live Chat Remote Representatives. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience while embodying FedExs commitment to service excellence.
