Responsibilities

As a Telechat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and online chat in a timely manner
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services to customers
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions
• Following up with customers to ensure their inquiries were resolved satisfactorily
• Collaborating with team members to share information and enhance service delivery
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telechat or call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat systems
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers find solutions
