Key Responsibilities:

As a Website Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing live chat interactions on our clients' websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to support and sales-related inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
