Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers, assisting with flight bookings, resolving travel inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a remote work environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with flight bookings, resolving travel inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience

  • Provide top-tier support to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration) preferred

  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) a plus
  • Previous customer service or member-facing experience a plus; experience in banking or credit union a plus
  • Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs; ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure; ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
  • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a clear, concise, and professional manner
