About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will make a significant impact on our clients' businesses. Your role will involve:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for home repair companies
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to build relationships and trust with customers
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
