A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Your day will be filled with:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address customer needs and concerns
• Accurately and efficiently inputting orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales
• Problem-solving independently and as a team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Providing exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performing general office duties, including filing, faxing, creating Word and Excel documents, and flexibility in performing ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience
• Strong organization and time management skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC, and navigate a Windows environment
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
