Business Development Representative (Canada)

Mews is a leading hotel tech company valued at $2.5 billion, focused on transforming the hospitality industry with innovative cloud technology. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and engaging with hotels in Canada to enhance their adoption of Mews' solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new pipeline and open doors with hotels across Canada
  • Prospect and engage new accounts via cold calls, email, and social
  • Identify pain points and position Mews as a solution
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Build early relationships with decision-makers
  • Track activity and performance against targets
  • Achieve KPIs including 50 outbound calls per day, 20 contacts sequenced daily, and 4+ qualified opportunities booked per week

Skills

  • Based in Canada
  • Fluent in English and French
  • 6+ months outbound sales or prospecting experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
  • Organized, coachable, and driven to exceed targets
  • Strong communication skills across stakeholders
  • Interest in SaaS and hospitality tech
