Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to policyholders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

* Competitive salary: $21.34 per hour / $43,000.10 annually
