Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
- Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
- Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities
- Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner
- Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards
- Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERA's database
- Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility during our company's growth stage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
Desired Skills & Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)
Job Type & Compensation
This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Benefits include:

Schedule
The schedule for this position is 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
