The Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team as a Customer Service Representative. What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• A quiet designated work area at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
