Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients and travelers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing travel requests with precision and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients and travelers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool

  • Process travel requests, including booking and ticketing airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services, in accordance with client requests and travel policies
  • Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to efficiently manage travel requests and ensure seamless execution
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring that travel requirements are met and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
  • Respond to and monitor emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* At least 4 years of corporate travel experience, with a strong understanding of travel service activities and industry best practices

  • Proficiency in the Sabre GDS reservation system, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with corporate travel technology and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
  • Ability to work extended hours, including shifts, to meet the needs of our clients and business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of remote work

  • Proficiency in additional travel software and systems, such as online booking tools and travel management platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Experience working with diverse client groups, including corporate clients and travelers with unique needs and requirements
