Facility: Broadway Hospital Location: Fargo, ND Address: 801 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36. 00 Salary Range: $30.00 - $44.50 Department Details We are an 18 bed ICU. We currently encompass the 2nd floor of the East tower at Sanford Health Broadway Hospital in the heart of downtown Fargo. While we have a focus in Oncology, you find that we see a variety of medical and surgical ICU patients. We care for complex surgical cases that require ICU care as well as kidney transplants and bone marrow transplants. As an Academic Teaching Facility, you can expect that you will receive education and experience with all these types of patients as well as your typical Medical ICU patients. We offer Clinical Lanes for our nurses with pay increases after each lane is completed.   • Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
  • Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
  • Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
  • Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
