Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
  • Clarifying orders as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, orders, and communication.
  • Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes, including our proprietary software and tools.
