Key Responsibilities

  • Listen effectively and show empathy, understanding customer concerns and providing solutions to address their issues.
  • De-escalate customer concerns, using refereeing skills to adjust the needs of the customer with the choices from the business while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Issue tackle, using a first contact resolution approach to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be educated and perform various tasks, using technology to rapidly and accurately answer customer questions.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently.
