Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering tailored warehouse data collection solutions using arenaflex for the NetSuite ERP application. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Functional Customer Success Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering tailored warehouse data collection solutions using arenaflex for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on areas like receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production.
  • Consulting and advising customers on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping.
  • Leading training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure customers are confident and successful post-Go Live. Travel averages at 30%.
  • Managing your time effectively to meet billable targets, contributing to the success and profitability of the business.
  • Problem-solving and tackling customer issues head-on, whether through the NetSuite ERP or arenaflex software, and finding innovative solutions.
  • Communicating customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to our development team, ensuring our product continually evolves.
  • Staying organized and keeping all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized and on track in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education and experience: A Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience. Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus.
  • Communication and presentation: You're a clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, whether in person or through web demos.
  • Strategic and problem-solving mindset: You are curious to understand the full picture or problem before jumping to conclusions and are open to uncovering other opportunities for training or helping the customer beyond the problem they come to you about.
