Join arenaflex's Customer Success Analytics Team

We're seeking a well-rounded data analyst with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Success Analytics team, you'll provide technical expertise and support to Engagement Managers, answer complex analytics questions, and contribute to the improvement of our code base. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise and support to Engagement Managers, answering complex analytics questions and summarizing results

• Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines written in Python, ideally using the Kedro framework
• Build analytic dashboards to help customers understand their data and drive value
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop solutions, responses, or recommendations to customer concerns
• Participate in new hire and annual training for security and privacy, and adhere to arenaflex's policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy
• Contribute to the improvement of our code base, including refactoring code, improving test coverage, and automating manual processes
• Develop rapport with customers and support them on a daily basis to deliver value
• Improve the onboarding process for future hires and present about yourself at company-wide meetings

Essential Qualifications:

* 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst

• Proficient in Python, with experience writing and editing SQL queries
• Ability to analyze data, answer questions, and summarize results
• Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
• Familiarity with the Kedro framework and experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with automotive or telematics data

• Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 guidelines and experience with implementing and reviewing code
• Experience with developing and maintaining high-quality data pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Python and experience with SQL queries

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality code and data pipelines
