As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our users have an exceptional experience, every time they interact with us.

Your Role

As a Customer Care Expert, you'll be responsible for optimizing our customer care processes and developing innovative solutions to improve the user experience. You'll work closely with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing projects to improve customer care processes and user experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing solutions to address customer concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our users, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining expertise on various customer care topics, including process optimization, customer feedback, and user experience

Your Time

Your time will be divided between two main areas:

  • 75% of your time will be spent on project development and expertise building, including:

+ Developing and implementing projects to improve customer care processes and user experience + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes + Analyzing customer feedback and developing solutions to address customer concerns + Developing and maintaining expertise on various customer care topics

  • 25% of your time will be spent on responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, including:

+ Providing exceptional customer service to our users + Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

You're the Perfect Fit If

* You have a strong background in customer care, with experience in project management and process optimization

  • You're fluent in French and have excellent communication skills
