Key Responsibilities

As a customer support chat specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring their continued use of Service Autopilot. Your role will involve: - Responding to incoming customer emails and chat requests in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely - Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team - Basic computer skills, with experience using live chat software and email clients

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in paid live chat work is not required, we welcome candidates with: - Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service - Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Basic knowledge of business management tools and software - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
