About the Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. Our Customer Service and Support Reps are responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed.

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction.
  • Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status.
  • Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members.
  • Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue.
  • Accurately document information exchanged during each call.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail.

* Competitive base pay of $19.25 per hour.

  • Contract role for a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months.
  • Flexible Work from Home schedule, with program hours from 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Fridays.
