Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns. - Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer complaints and provide feedback on product features and services. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance language skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers and colleagues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment. - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with the company. - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP). - Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, German, or Portuguese.
