Job Overview:

As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. You'll provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions. You'll also assist customers in troubleshooting issues, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a similar industry)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient approach to handling customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
  • Experience working with diverse customer segments and cultures
