Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Providing exceptional service and support for policyholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting virtual presentations and consultations to educate clients about our products and services
  • Learning and promoting company products with integrity and clarity, building trust and rapport with our clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of motivation
  • A team-player attitude, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (arenaflex will provide support and guidance throughout the process)
