Job Summary

As a Customer Service Account Associate at arenaflex, you'll work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities to build customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, building customer loyalty and value through effective account management, and identifying additional products and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns

  • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management and identification of additional products and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards
  • Approach each call with a can-do mindset and treat customers with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, and develop proficiency in company values and competencies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED required

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
  • Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
