Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional and timely support to customers via live chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting problems, utilizing necessary resources, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when needed, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the chat support knowledge base by documenting common queries and challenges, and suggesting improvements to FAQs and support documentation.
  • Meeting or exceeding defined KPIs by maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members and management to share insights on customer feedback and support trends, driving overall service quality improvements.
  • Participating in ongoing training opportunities to deepen product knowledge and enhance customer service skills, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Actively seeking and compiling customer feedback, sharing it with relevant teams to positively influence future product development and drive business growth.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and privacy and security protocols, ensuring compliance in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support role.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong soft skills, including:

+ Presentation: Ability to clearly articulate responses to customers and present information in an engaging manner. + People Management: Capability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
