About You And Your Experience

  • A current Property & Casualty license is required. 
  • Insurance sales experience with a proven track record of sales skills is essential. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid office sales environment. 
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. 
  • Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Capable of adapting to a dynamic environment and skilled at mastering new processes and procedures. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation delivery, with the ability to clearly communicate the features and benefits of products to customers. 
  • Strong computer skills and an aptitude for quickly learning new systems. 
  • Must demonstrate a high level of initiative, drive, and a desire to acquire new skills and information.

Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Engage with a steady stream of warm, qualified leads—no more prospecting struggles! 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by utilizing a consultative sales approach to sell insurance policies to prospective policyholders, providing rate quotes and coverage information. 
  • Build a rapport with shoppers based on trust and integrity. Guide prospects and policyholders on coverage and limits, and help assess their goals and needs promptly. 
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business and agency-specialized products based on an assessment of customer needs. 
  • Use active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze and clearly understand specific requests or customer needs quickly. 
  • Close inbound sales from leads for homeowners insurance. 
  • Serve as the initial contact for addressing customer concerns related to policy establishment and new account status. 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. 
  • Act as a broker for top insurance companies. 
  • Perform to meet the expectations and goals set by the agency.
