About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be part of a small but growing team that promotes our products and grows the customer relationship. You will support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our product. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a growing company.

Responsibilities

* Regularly check in with customers to develop an open communication line, ensuring concerns are promptly heard and addressed

  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products
  • Coordinate sales efforts for services and license revenues, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, tracking key performance indicators and customer success metrics

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in a Financial (Accounts Payable), Technical, Business Administrative, or SAP FI/CO Analyst setting (Preferred)

  • Strong team spirit and ability to take responsibility for tasks (Required)
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English (Required)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills (Required)
  • Ability to promote products and grow relationships with customers (Preferred)
