Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to mortgage and insurance questions, providing top-notch service to our clients, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding mortgage and insurance-related questions

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
  • Perform data entry tasks as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements

* Entry-level experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the mortgage and insurance industry

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
