Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing superior customer service through phone, chat, and email support, ensuring that our clients and agents receive exceptional support and guidance.
  • Analyzing and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to find solutions.
  • Communicating complex information and solutions to customers in a clear and helpful manner, using your verbal communication skills to build trust and confidence.
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers using patience, assistance, and support methods, ensuring that our clients and agents receive a positive experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data integrity.
  • Building product knowledge and discussing annuity products and features with customers, using your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes, using your communication and problem-solving skills to drive results.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to build relationships with customers, using your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $33,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

  • Immediate start date available.
  • Remote work arrangement (US-based).
  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
