Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian language, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and social media. You will actively listen to customers' needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to the best of your ability. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a fluency in Ukrainian, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Actively listen to customers' needs, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues to the best of your ability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Fluency in Ukrainian language (written and verbal)

  • Ability to switch to English language (B2 level, both written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (in-person or remote); experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Experience with social media and online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)
