Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify data for accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing, categorizing, and retrieving data to facilitate efficient access and reporting, ensuring that data is easily accessible and usable by our teams.
  • Conduct routine data audits and resolve inconsistencies to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to support ongoing projects and follow data handling protocols, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards in line with arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in data management or administration is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and time management, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:
