Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting subscribers with identity theft issues, offering guidance on products and technical support, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services.
  • Troubleshooting account issues, assisting customers in logging into their online portal, and ensuring accurate case creation for restoration cases.
  • Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and that cases are properly documented.
  • Identifying next steps for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills, providing personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Strong formal oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding performance expectations.
  • The ability to navigate multiple software applications, including CRM systems, ticketing software, and other tools used by arenaflex.
  • High proficiency in typing and computer comprehension, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, experience in customer-centric roles and familiarity with identity protection services are highly desirable. If you have a background in customer service, sales, or a related field, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
