Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
* Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Operations
* Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
* Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensure compliance with company asset protection procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggest promotional photo products.
* Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Requires a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
* Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
