Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our Arizona-based team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with arenaflex. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying the reason for the customer's call, collecting relevant information, and scheduling customers as needed
  • Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Utilizing best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our customer management software
  • Meeting personal and team quotas for customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
