Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-4 month contract basis, with the possibility of extending or converting to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data flow
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
