Job Summary

The Solutions Architect (Growth & Strategy) is a high-impact role designed for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of complex engineering and commercial strategy. Acting as the bridge between Sales and Delivery, you will own the technical narrative of the deal, translating abstract client needs into structured, winnable solutions. We are looking for someone who can move from a deep technical deep-dive with a client to a commercial negotiation with a CTO, ensuring every proposal is both winnable and deliverable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep discovery to uncover the real architectural and business needs of the client.

  • Define engagement models including staff augmentation, managed teams, or hybrid structures.

  • Own the technical narrative and positioning of proposals to define the "why" behind the solution and team.

  • Coordinate internal alignment across Sales, CTO / Technical Leadership, Finance, and Recruiting.

  • Push back on internal solutions that do not align with client expectations or technical best practices.

  • Contribute to pricing strategy, margin trade-offs, and win probability analysis.

  • Participate in deal negotiations and navigate commercial contract terms.

  • Standardize proposal approaches and identify patterns to improve deal repeatability and win rates.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Background in a technical role such as Software Engineer, Systems Designer, or Business Analyst.

  • Deep technical intuition with the ability to participate in and lead high-level architectural conversations.

  • Proven ability to translate complex Software Engineering concepts into clear business value.

  • Strategic influence to challenge and align senior stakeholders including the CTO and Technical Leads.

  • Understanding of pricing logic, margin health, and commercial dynamics in services contracts.

  • Experience supporting or leading complex sales cycles and enterprise-level discovery.

  • Expertise in building structured, persuasive proposals that focus on strategic win themes.

  • Clear, structured, and confident English communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
