Job title: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF VIOLIN Company: Ithaca College Job description: Job Description: Position: Situated in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of NY, the Ithaca College School of Music, Theatre, and Dance invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Violin position to begin August 16, 2024. The successful candidate will teach assigned classes at the undergraduate level in the following areas: weekly private lessons, studio performance classes, and chamber music; participate in departmental, school, and college service such as music audition days, recruiting, grading juries and recitals, and advising students as needed. Qualifications: A Master's degree, a record of teaching excellence, and evidence of success as a performing artist are required for this position.
