Key Responsibilities

• Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to all company requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year or more of recent call center experience (no exceptions)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
• High-speed internet with a wired connection (mobile hotspots not accepted)
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
• Ability to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions

• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices

• Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical terminology
