The Customer Support Team at arenaflex

Our Customer Support team is a dedicated group of professionals committed to providing expert guidance and swift resolutions to any technical challenges or inquiries our customers may have. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, offering support to businesses across various time zones and ensuring help is always available when needed. What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Becoming a product expert, maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to both customers and your colleagues
  • Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing
  • Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system
  • Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to share insights to help improve products and services
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate and consistent information to customers
  • Working well under time constraints and meeting schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client's needs are met
  • Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile in every interaction

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Ability to work a 9am-5:30pm PST Monday - Friday schedule
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. For office-based employees, working in the office, at least three days a week under current policy, is considered an essential function of the employee's role.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location.

  • 21.00 - 23.00 USD per hour (US Tier 2)
  • 20.00 - 22.00 USD per hour (US Tier 3)

This position is a non-exempt, full-time, hourly position with eligibility for overtime.
