As a key member of our client-facing business function, you'll be responsible for delivering top-quality assistance with fast response times and accurate information. Our support is provided via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (German), you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high amounts of live chat and phone calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers via various communication channels
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options within the time limits, and following up to secure resolution
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
  • Strong ability to use IT for professional use and handle somewhat technical queries from customers
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a big plus
  • Multi-lingual capability is a big plus
