Job Summary

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas. This is a remote or hybrid opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats to provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

* A C1/C2 level in German

  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
