About the Job

As a Customer Care Agent (German Speaker), you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Your role will involve responding to enquiries via email and live chat, assisting with payments and orders, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is vital to maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred service while continuously improving customer care processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary contact for patients, addressing enquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally.

  • Assist patients with payments, order processing, and general questions related to their dermatological treatments.
  • Analyse customer service trends and collaborate with teams such as Medical, Product Management, and Business Development.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and ideas to optimise the customer experience based on feedback and common concerns.

Requirements:

Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and patience, even in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in dermatology, healthcare, or beauty is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new digital tools.
