Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our pharmacy support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to determine the most suitable solutions for customer issues, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
  • Following up as needed to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide informed solutions and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments
  • Provide solutions that exceed customer expectations and promote loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
