Senior Customer Success Engineer

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will join a rapidly growing team dedicated to ensuring customers maximize the value of the Axonius platform through expert technical guidance and implementation assistance. You will act as a technical advisor responsible for facilitating the successful deployment, engagement, and adoption of the platform across diverse client environments. The mission of this team is to reduce customer risk and optimize platform utility by bridging the gap between client business needs and product capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical deployments and custom platform configurations to align the Axonius platform with specific client business requirements.
  • Triage escalated technical support tickets and coordinate with the product team to resolve feature requests and system issues.
  • Design and document platform best practices to standardize deployment, engagement, and adoption workflows across the customer base.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and educational workshops to facilitate customer proficiency in platform features and data utilization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing software or technology role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on software implementation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in writing and troubleshooting code using Python, Bash, Batch, or PowerShell.
  • Experience programmatically interfacing with and troubleshooting APIs to facilitate data integration.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site customer engagements and screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in internet protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, SMB, FTP, and LDAP/LDAPS.
  • Hands-on experience managing data structures and formats such as JSON, CSV, and SQL/NoSQL.
  • Applied knowledge of networking topology, firewalls, routers, and endpoint security technologies like EDR and malware detection.
  • Practical experience applying cloud security principles and vulnerability management frameworks within enterprise environments.
  • Experience utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to interpret large datasets within big data frameworks.
  • Proven ability to present technical architecture and platform data to both engineering and non-technical stakeholder audiences.
